About Tim

Tim grew up in Hallowell and has worked throughout Maine, Northern New England and Eastern Canada which provides him with a unique perspective on real estate in the area combined with his blend of sales, marketing, construction, and energy conservation background.  

      Honest, open, and ethical communication is what you can always expect.  As a former State Licensed Energy Auditor for Central Maine Power and Manager of Facilities for a large local bank he provides a variety of skills to sellers and buyers that are virtually unmatched.  He has been referenced numerous times as the home inspector before the home inspector gets there by many of his clients!  Whether Tim's helping a buyer find the "right home" that meets their needs or putting together creative listings that provide a unique on-line presence, you can be assured he will go the extra mile for you in representing your best interests!

      Tim served as President of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors in 2019, as a Director for the Maine Association of Realtors for many years, is an instructor for First Time Home Buyer Classes for Maine State Housing and he teaches Realtor Code of Ethics classes for his local board.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is past President and Member of the Year of his local BNI Networking Group.  In October of 2019 Tim’s contributions and dedicated service to the Realtor community resulted in him being rewarded as the State of Maine Realtor of the Year by the Maine Association of Realtors.    

      Tim has been recognized annually for his sales performance.  He was the recipient of the C21 Maine Broker Council Rookie of The Year his first year in real estate and from there has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer each year earning Garnet, Tourmaline, Master Ruby, President’s Club and Chairman's Awards honoring Top Producing Agents.  

      When Tim’s not busy selling real estate, you are most likely to find him volunteering his time for local events and fundraisers, possibly making a birdfeeder in the workshop, playing bocce, cornhole or beach volleyball during the summer months with family and friends or simply spending quality time with his two grown sons.  Tim specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales and Commercial Leasing.
