Between liens on my old home I wasn't aware of (my late husband and his ex wife ran up some credit card debt), a new agent on the other side and a 7 hour inspection... Our situation is very unique, and Tim stuck with us during the entire ordeal. Tim listened to our needs and requirements, never attempting to convince us to compromise.
